Arthur Pendragon and Beowulf are both characters written to depict the ideals of their societies, however, of the two, Beowulf is more effective in embodying the true values of an epic hero.
I agree with you, Beth. I feel like if you take out a word or two or switch it around a little, it could work very nicely. Other than that I think you have a great thesis!
